The Alamo Area Clean Cities Coalition (AACCC) is a voluntary, public/private partnership that works to advance the region's environmental and public health, energy security, and economic development by promoting policies and practices that reduce foreign petroleum consumption in transportation and replace it with American made energy. The Coalition's initiatives focus on:
fuel blends fuel economy alternative transportation hybrid and electric vehicles idle reduction education partnership building
AACCC is part of a network of more than 87 communities within the US
Department of Energy's (DOE's)
Clean Cities Program. The Coalition
provides education, technical assistance, access to grant funds and other
services to assist in the implementation of the Coalition's initiatives. Please
