Notary Education is not provided when applicants apply for a Texas commission. The applicant must seek out a training opportunity in their area to be informed on the legal procedures for processing documents, new legislation enacted every two years and the requirements for state record keeping.

Notary Public Training protects the employee and the employer from liability and the long term validity of the documents certified by the notary.
